The Blog Cup - 4th Round Results

After a nail-biting wait, I can now reveal that the cut off to qualify for Round 5 of the 2010/11 Blog Cup was...

90 points

...a very competitive total, the highest of the competition so far. 201 teams go through, 101 go out!

In true cup style we've had some more giant killing - teams highlighted in yellow have totals of less than 1275 points so far this season and are some way down the overall rankings, but they've progressed to Round 5 - congratulations to them and everyone else who made it through.

It's all over for the teams scoring 89.5 or lower - those in the darker shade of grey are teams towards the top of the rankings so they would've been expecting to progress, but alas it was not to be.

My own team and the Blog Team (highlighted in bright green) made it through in 26th & 78th place respectively.

If you've gone out or failed to get into a blog league then do not fear - another competition will run later in the year and I'll be creating at least 2 more leagues for this to bring the total up to 1000 teams!

Round 5 takes place in Week 20, where we'll reduce 201 down to100, saying goodbye to another 101 teams. I'm looking forward to that already!
